Admissions Policy
The school is committed to a fair and inclusive admission process that does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, or disability.
The school accepts applications from students between the ages of 6 and 11 (grades 1-6) for enrollment in the primary school program. The cut off age at Transcend International School is August 30. Students must meet the minimum age requirement for the grade level they are applying for.
Applicants must submit a completed admission application, official transcripts or school records, and any other required documents, such as recommendation letters or test scores, birth certificates, vaccination cards. The school may also require an interview or assessment as part of the admission process.
The school maintains a maximum enrollment capacity for each grade level to ensure a suitable student-teacher ratio and quality of education. Admission is subject to availability of seats.
- The school may give priority to the following applicants, in order:
- ● Siblings of current students
- ●Children of the school's faculty and staff
- ●Applicants transferring from other international schools
- ●Applicants from the local community
The school's Admission Committee will review all applications and make admission decisions based on the applicant's academic qualifications, language proficiency, and fit with the school's educational philosophy and values. The school reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant.
In the event that a grade level is full, applicants may be placed on a waitlist and will be offered admission as seats become available.
Admitted applicants must confirm their enrollment by submitting a non-refundable deposit within the specified timeline. Failure to do so may result in the offer of admission being withdrawn.
